We hold ourselves accountable by adhering to this four-pronged ethical framework for responsible AI.

Responsible AI empowers individuals by respecting their autonomy, privacy, and rights. We believe users should retain full control over their data, and we take the ownership of your avatars very seriously. This means:
Consent is our top priority. All avatars are real people who have explicitly consented and fully understand how their image will be used.
You retain full control over your custom avatars. You decide which users have access to your custom avatar. No one can use your likeness without your permission.
Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of the content you create in Colossyan. We won’t use or repurpose it in any way.
Colossyan is intended to assist with knowledge sharing via video content. We enforce our strict policies on content creation to ensure that our generative AI technology is not misused by bad actors. This includes:
No inappropriate language. To keep our platform safe, we will not generate videos containing inappropriate language.
No deceptive content. Colossyan cannot be used to create AI avatars of politicians, public figures, or any individuals who have not consented to have their likeness used.
No violent content. Content intended to incite violence will not be tolerated on the Colossyan platform.
Automated content moderation. Our safeguards automatically filter Colossyan content, flagging material of minors and public figures. Flagged content is reviewed by our team of human moderators.

We understand that many people are unaware of the capabilities of synthetic media, including deep fakes. Colossyan is taking action to educate the public on these technologies to raise awareness on how this content can be misused and manipulated, enabling them to better recognize synthetic content.
Membership in the Content Authenticity Initiative. Colossyan partners with regulators working to create an industry standard for content authenticity.
Involving stakeholders in the development of generative AI tools is essential to ensure these technologies reflect a range of perspectives and interests. We work closely with our Creator community to identify areas of improvement, including:

Users retain full ownership and control over all content created using the Colossyan platform. Colossyan will not reuse or repurpose your content in any way.
