This contest is operated by Colossyan Inc., (“Sponsor”).

Entry into the Contest (”Contest”) is free and no purchase is necessary, however the Contest requires participants to have access to: a Colossyan Creator account, where they will create the video for the contest, and their own social media account. By entering the Contest, participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by the Contest Rules.

General rules

• The contest will be open for submissions from 13th September 2023 (12PM ET) up until 13th November 2023 (12PM ET). Entries after this time period will not be valid.
• The final winner will be selected by Colossyan’s judging team by 17th November 2023, and announced on Colossyan’s social media on or before 20th November 2023.
• By entering the contest, participants grant Colossyan Inc. the right to use their names and entries for promotional, advertising, and all other purposes across various media platforms without further notice or compensation.

Submission

• To qualify for entry, participants must post their submission publicly on either LinkedIn, Youtube or Instagram using the hashtag #ColossyanChallenge, and ensure the post remains accessible throughout the whole duration of the contest. The participants are also recommended to email video@colossyan.com with their video, name, and a link to the social media post.
• The video must be made in Colossyan Creator, but can be enhanced in other editors. The video must also feature Colossyan’s side view avatars in at least one scene.
• There are no strict rules around the video length, but we recommend for your video to be around 1 minute long, and not longer than 5 minutes.
• Each participant is allowed up to 3 entries, with each entry requiring a separate social media post and email.
• Entries must be original and not infringe on any copyrights.
• No inappropriate, offensive, harmful, or discriminatory content.
• The submission must be in English.
• Colossyan Inc. reserves the right to disqualify entries that don't adhere to these guidelines.

Prizes

• The prize given to the selected winner is $1000, with federal, state, local and any other tax implications being the responsibility of the winner.

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or disputed.
• The prize of 10 free minutes is granted for every eligible entry (3 per participant).

Liability

• Participants agree to release and hold harmless Colossyan Inc. from any claims arising from the contest or the use/misuse of prizes.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these rules and the decisions of Colossyan Inc., which are final and binding.
• Colossyan Inc. reserves the right to modify the competition rules, dates, prizes, etc., at its discretion.
• Social media disclaimer: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, or any other social media platform.

Data Collection and Use

• The Sponsor will gather online personal information from participants, consistent with its privacy guidelines. Participants can view these guidelines at https://www.colossyan.com/privacy. By entering the Contest, participants consent to the Sponsor's collection and use of their data, confirming they've reviewed and agreed to the Sponsor’s privacy policy.

Rights and Permissions

• By participating, entrants grant Colossyan Inc. the rights to use, share, display, and distribute their submitted content for promotional purposes.
• Participants attest they have obtained all necessary permissions for any additional content  appearing in their entries.

Notification to the winner

• If a LinkedIn or Instagram entrant is a winner, they shall be notified by a private message and/or by the Promotion Company sending them an email. Winners must therefore ‘like’ and/or ‘follow’ the Promotion Company’s Linkedin account (https://www.linkedin.com/company/colossyan/) and/or Instagram account @colossyan in order to be contacted about prizes, as well as have access to the provided email account.
• Winners must respond within seven (7) days of receiving the winning notification to accept the prize and provide any further details sought by the Sponsor.
• If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is unreachable, fails to provide the requested details, has blocked the Promotion Company from contacting them on Instagram or via email, or if the prize or win notification is returned as undeliverable or the prize is declined, or if there's any breach of Contest Rules, the prize will be forfeited and might be passed on to a runner-up.
